All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, and with all protective materials in place. Also, please make sure that all the tags are attached to the product (if applicable). This includes all original packaging, accessories, and authenticity cards/dust bags.

We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way. In such cases, we may reduce the applicable refund or exchange accordingly.

Reductions in Refund Amount:

Examples of situations where we may reduce the refund amount include:

The product(s) have been used, worn, damaged, or washed.

The F.I.A STUDIO tags are not attached to the product(s) or have not been returned. Please note that these tags are integral to each product.

You have yet to return any packaging considered an integral part of a product (e.g., a dust bag).

Notification of Refund Reduction:

We will inform you if we propose to reduce your refund for any of the above reasons. In such cases, you may have the products returned to you at your own expense as an alternative to receiving a reduced refund.

Specific Guidelines for Bags, Accessories, and Shoes:

• Bags and Accessories: Ensure that all packaging, including authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags, is included with your return. Please make sure to handle light-coloured bags and accessories with care, especially if you are still deciding whether to keep the item. Dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-coloured bags.

• Shoes: Please return all items, including the dust bag and box. Stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles when trying on shoes.

Return Timeframe:

Your item(s) should be returned to us within 28 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of F.I.A STUDIO and may only be refunded as a store credit.
